The Rules

  • All Participants: Completed agreement form and fees must be submitted to the Borough of Hightstown at least 30 days prior the the event.
  • All Participants: Vendor and food truck spaces will be assigned by the event committee and are final.
  • All Participants: Vendor spaces will be assigned as space permits.  All late applications will be returned.
  • All Participants: Changing spaces with another vendor will not be permitted.
  • All Participants: Set-up and breakdown times are strictly enforced.  Set-up: 8am-10am.  Breakdown: 4pm -5pm.
  • Table Vendors: Generators are permitted in the general event areas and are required if power is needed.
  • Food Truck Vendors: Generators are permitted in designated food truck area only.
  • All Participants: No displays are to extend beyond the assigned areas as marked (12’X12’ for table, 12’x24′ for food truck.).
  • All Participants: If you are selling any type of food, you need a temporary food permit. This includes any type of bottled water, soda, juice, etc. and any packaged goods including individual packaged chips and candy. The fee is $35.00.
  • All Participants: If you are preparing food on premises, you need a food permit and a fire permit. The fee is $89.00.
  • All Participants: Participants must supply their own tables, chairs, and display equipment. Canopies are strongly recommended as this event is rain or shine.
  • All Participants: Participants are responsible for any damage or injury to the vendor, any assistant, or vendor’s property in connection with this event.
  • All Participants: There will be no refunds for cancellation due to late arrival, or any reason beyond Hightstown Family Fair control.
  • All Participants: The Vendor Sub-Committee reserves the right to exclude displays, sales, and vendors that are determined to be inappropriate or offensive.

Information

  • There will be ample parking in designated municipal and private lots. Information will be emailed regarding assigned parking and unloading areas.
  • In case of emergency, information will be sent by email, and posted on Facebook.
