Thank you for applying to be part of the 2025 Hightstown Family Fair. We are thrilled to showcase this beloved town event. Please read the following section carefully.

Saturday, October 4, 2025
Bank Street in Hightstown, NJ
10am – 4pm
Rain or Shine

2025 Application Deadline

Early Bird Deadline: March 31, 2025
Regular Deadline: June 30, 2025 (midnight)

2025 Selection Date

Vendor Selection will be completed by July 31, 2025 (midnight) at which time we’ll send out a link to the Fair Agreement Form.

2025 Registration Deadlines and Fees

August 31, 2025
All registration fees are non-refundable.

Vendor Space and Equipment

Table space is 12×12. Food truck space is 12×24.  Table vendors must provide a tent, tables and chairs. Tents should be NFPA-701 fire rated.

Artisan/Craft and Food Table Vendors:
Early Bird: $175
Regular: $200
Please note there will be additional permit fees for all food vendors.

Food Truck Vendors:
Early Bird: $200
Regular: $225
Please note there will be additional permit fees for all food vendors.

Non-Profits / Political Campaigns / Religious Organizations

Early Bird: $75
Regular: $100

Hightstown or East Windsor Owned Business

Early Bird: $50
Regular: $75
This is for brick and mortar businesses only. Must provide Hightstown or East Windsor address for proof.

Electricity

Please provide your own power source.
